These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VisibilityHQ website and services, operated by Stories & Systems LLC ("VisibilityHQ," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
VisibilityHQ provides local-visibility tools and services, which may include Google Business Profile support, review requests and monitoring, social posting, a unified inbox and web chat, missed-call text-back, AI-assisted content, and related features, depending on the plan you choose.
2. Plans, billing & renewal
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout for your selected plan or add-on.
- Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. There is no long-term contract — you may cancel at any time to stop future billing.
- Add-ons (such as Unlimited AI) are billed alongside your base plan.
- We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to your next billing cycle.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and the access we need (e.g., to your Google Business Profile and social accounts) to deliver the service.
- Ensure any content, offers, and claims you ask us to publish are truthful and lawful.
- Keep your account credentials secure and comply with the rules of connected third-party platforms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by using it for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful purposes, or in violation of the policies of Google, Meta, or other connected platforms.
5. Third-party platforms
Our services interact with third-party platforms (such as Google and Meta) that we do not control. Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions, including any changes that affect your listings, posts, or rankings.

7. Intellectual property
The VisibilityHQ website, software, and materials are owned by Stories & Systems LLC and protected by law. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide; you grant us the license needed to operate the service on your behalf.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stories & Systems LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or fail to pay. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state or federal courts located in Texas.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
